Friday night was Lincoln's first organized sporting event. His AYSO soccer team, "The Tigers" took the field against "The Hampsters" (I forgot their name) for a spirited soccer match. The Tigers walked off the field with a 1-0 record (although there was no official score). In case you missed SportsCenter - here is a highlight clip of Lincoln breaking away from the pack to score his first career goal.

Yeah! I LOVE SOCCER SEASON! Okay- so I am the crazy soccer mom who PAYS her son. $1 per goal and 50 cents for every time he takes the ball away from the other team. Shouldn't admit that? I am also an unofficial coach. (there are 3 dads- but somehow I seem to have to at least start practice...hmmm- at least this year I am not trying to do it 8 months pregnant..)
